At Long Beach Off-Coast Depot we make owning your own modular home simple. Our team will walk you through the process from our initial discovery consultation to designing the ModBox model of choice to your specifications.
The Bristlecone
Do you need an added bedroom, a quiet space to read or play music, or a tiny off grid cozy cabin? The Bristlecone is the perfect solution! Highly customizable, we work with you to get you exactly what you are looking for! Named after the small, hearty pine tree that is long-lived and highly resilient to harsh weather and bad soils, this little container structure will be equally as hearty as its namesake.
The Blue Spruce
Our other small home, with double the space at 320 square feet, the Blue Spruce is perfect for a hunting cabin, vacation home, or income rental.
The Aspen
Our most popular design, this container home is perfect for a small family looking to embrace clean, modern living with the comfort of a well architected layout, maximizing this container homes’ space this home is roomy and allows for a ton of light to get in. .
The Ponderosa
Our coziest container home build with an off-grid lifestyle in mind, 2 bedrooms, tons of light and a layout that beckons you to your retreat away from a hectic life or a guest suite for your family & friends. Trust us, they will be begging to come stay with you…..but with a detached solution they won’t drive you crazy.
The Lodgepole
Our largest container home, this home still has the characteristics of a tiny home lifestyle which capitalizing on the unique building capacity of a container home. Perfect for a large family, this 4 bedroom 3200 square foot home is quite impressive while maintaining the cozy comfort of the dutch inspired Hygee design.
