This is absolutely the best size for me to put here on my land that’s developed already. Would love to put it to the test in South Dakota conditions. Living on the rez is harder than you know. I work bit make way way less than I did in Arizona. I’d love to br a tester/reviewer of your foldable home. Fantastic idea especially for here as Living is very hard.

I did not need a forklift as the pallets will fit in the back of a pickup but one that can carry 1000lbs at least for 2 loads. Pallets can easily be disassembled by 1 person and I am a 68 yr old woman 💪. Standing up the walls and putting on gables requires more than 1 person however.

Not horrible quality but you will definitely find one cheaper and better quality locally to you. Took about 1 weeks to build and 3 people to finish, I had to replace several pieces witch costed me $800+ definitely not worth $4k when you have to replace haft of the wood it turned out good only because I didn’t give up halfway threw because I was so stressed. Nothing was clear so I had to have family help witch is what made it possible. If you don’t know people with history of building houses this isn’t worth it.

Instructions are very detailed and shed hasn’t been too hard to put together. I everything is pre cut but we thought some things would be assembled but nothing but the doors are assembled. Only problem we have run into are that some of the boards are cut too short and we had to compensate and work with that. Oh and they send a million nails with it expecting that we will hand pound all these nails in, but instead I suggest you use an air nailer instead like we decided to do.

This little home! Is truly a great value (it’s more than a shed). A great product! We were amazed at how fast we put it together! Strong, spacious, and so beautiful. We made our foundation about 2 feet bigger in the front. Then we put a railing there to create a Juliet balcony! After it was up, I couldn’t decide if I wanted to use it as my Man cave, LARGE TV, RECLINERS , BAR ETC. Instead of patio furniture storage. So very happy with this purchase.
