Foundationless floor mounted jib cranes do not require a pre-poured foundation. The FL Series can be bolted to almost any existing concrete surface and are great in open areas where they can serve several work stations.
Note: Existing concrete must be a minimum of 6″ thick reinforced with a minimum 3,000 psi ( 5 bag mix), soil pressure must support 2500 psi Concrete in and around the area (6′ x 6′) of the base plate must be free of cracks and must appear in good condition.

FL SERIES
All Lift Cranes® Foundationless Floor Mounted FL-500 Series Jib Cranes have a ¼ ton capacity and do not require a pre-poured foundation. The FL Series can be bolted to almost any existing concrete surface and are great in open areas where they can serve several work stations. Durable and long lasting, these overhead floor cranes feature a 360° rotating, rolled steel I-beam section with tapered flange for smooth trolley travel and removable safety end stops to ensure a limit to trolley travel. All FL-500 Series Jib Cranes have a 28” diameter base and 24” bolt circle with 6 holes measuring 1¼“each.

Machining and assembly operations, outdoor use such as loading docks, and in conjunction with other jib cranes to provide staged coverage are just a few applications for this Foundationless Jib Crane.
ALL Lift FL-WS 1/4 Ton Workstation Cranes
ALL Lift 1/4 Ton Foundationless Workstation Jib Cranes have a 500 LB capacity and do not require a pre-poured concrete foundation (see existing foundation requirements below). All Lift cranes can be lagged to just about any concrete surface and are ideal for use in open areas serving multiple work stations at one time.
All Lift floor-mounted workstation cranes include enclosed track and trolley. Beam rotates 360° on its base. Removable safety end stops limit trolley travel. Each ALL Lift workstation jib crane has a 28” diameter base and 24” bolt circle with 8 bolt holes measuring 1¼“ dia. each. ALL Lift foundationless jib cranes are great for use in machine shops, loading docks, assembly operations, and anywhere a floor mounted jib crane is needed.
